Product Warranty Policy – Redbone

At Redbone we stand by the quality of our products This warranty policy outlines the coverage exclusions and procedures for warranty claims on eligible products

Warranty Coverage

Warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery

We offer warranty protection for the following product issues
Hardware defects
Battery swelling or leakage
Inability to hold a charge
Software malfunctions
System crashes or failures
Operational instability subject to system log verification

Exclusions Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under warranty
Physical damage due to misuse drops crushing or accidents
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repairs
Electrical or circuit damage due to non OEM or incompatible chargers
Water or moisture damage unless the device is IP rated and stated as water resistant

Return and Replacement Policy

If a defect is verified by our Quality Inspection Department as a genuine manufacturing fault we will provide the following support

No return replacement service
You will receive a priority replacement of the same model
If the same model is unavailable an equal or upgraded substitute will be provided

Implementation Standards and Required Submissions

To initiate a warranty claim you must submit
Clear video proof demonstrating the issue or malfunction
Two or more high resolution images from multiple angles
Firmware number and software version for smart products

All submissions must be emailed to contact@myredbone.com with your order ID and registered contact number

Important Notes

Warranty claims must be raised within the twelve month period from delivery
Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser and is non transferable
All warranty decisions are at the discretion of Redbone’s Quality Inspection Department and are final
